      At FKI Logistex, the Customer Service and Support (CSS) group’s dedicated, specially trained audit engineers deliver that expertise, performing detailed equipment and system audits to ensure equipment performs to expectations around the clock.

      A CSS equipment audit provides the customer with insight into service and maintenance practices. A preliminary report includes initial findings and marked drawings; the final report includes everything a customer needs to properly service and maintain its equipment, and to alter practices as necessary. Once an audit is complete, the customer has:

      •A written summary of observations and recommendations.

      •Digital color photographs of issues, including part numbers and pricing.

      •Training recommendations, including details and pricing.

      •Optional installations and upgrades, including pricing.
