The Magna V design marries state-of-the-art
technologies — Milacron’s XTREEM PC-based control system,
digital positioning, digital hydraulics, and closed-loop control
— with an open-wide tiebar-less C frame providing up to 30
percent greater mold space for the money. Ergonomic design and
latest ANSI-compliant safety features provide unmatched operator
friendliness.
The Magna V sets new
standards in processing speed, molding precision, parts-per-hour
productivity and changeover ease, making it ideal for
automotive, medical, electric/electronic, and other competitive,
demanding precision-insert applications. The versatile Magna V
presses are available in 30-, 50- and 80-ton sizes with
stationary, shuttle or rotary tables. Future models will be
offered in 120-, 160-, 220- and 280-ton sizes. The Magna V
