The
metalworking industry constantly strives to achieve
innovations that will positively impact productivity while

D&S Machine Service, in Luxemburg, Wisc.,
is one such manufacturer looking to maintain an excellent

has more than 75 years of machine shop and engineering

effective metalworking fluid, it was no surprise they looked to

D&S Machine Service is a complete service
provider for components and special parts to such industries as
construction equipment, heavy lifting, paper, marine, packaging,
and printing. It maintains 24 machines that include horizontal
CNC bars, CNC vertical mills, manual mills, CNC turning centers,
engine lathes and saws.
In 2003, Gregg Campbell, programmer/tool
buyer for D&S was evaluating machine maintenance, and was
looking to move to a more efficient semi-synthetic fluid that
would run cleaner, provide a better sump life and increase tool
