Mexican workers have proved many times they are able to
produce anything and achieve great results. They have taken on
every challenge with the end result almost always being
successful. But to get the most from your Mexican team, it is
important that you understand their culture and their beliefs.
I have seen several cases of vice
presidents and directors who lack a basic understanding of
Mexican culture and guess what? They fail. But you can easily
integrate them by knowing some secret tips to the great Mexican
culture.
Maquiladora Plant Manager Brandon Gates
seemed to be in the right place, at the right time, with the
wrong people. He called for advice since he was frustrated that
things did not move as quickly as he was used to in the United
States.
Gates was a brilliant student in Harvard
