When deciding to establish Me xico operations, the quality of the industrial park chosen can be just as important as the location.

   Although some businesses do better outside of an industrial park, most industrial users find the amenities offered by a park landlord to be deal makers. Amenities such as rail spurs, natural gas, on site electricity generation, manned security, wide paved streets, water and wastewater services are common.
