  A team of former maquila executives has created what it hopes will become a one-stop destination for Ciudad Juárez maquilas looking for PCB assembly; plastic injection molding, tooling and repair; and the assembly of products with both injection molded parts and printed circuit boards.

  The group recently opened Injectoplastics in the Bermudez Industrial Park , in the same building as sister companies Injectoclean and NPD Technologies. Injectoclean manufactures automotive diagnostic tools and fuel injector cleaning concentrate. NPD Technology provides contract manufacturing in the assembly of printed circuit boards.             Injectoplastics will provide plastic injection molding, mold design, tooling and repair.

  Injectoplastics is a full service injection molding facility located in a 50,000 square feet building equipped with 26 injection molding machines ranging in size from 30 tons to 400 tons. The company goal is to implement an effective quality system that controls all phases of manufacturing to comply with customer requirements.
